There's this site, WeHaveStandards.com, with a neat little generator to help make incremental changes to your schedule. Just quickly type in a few things that you want to make sure you do every day--the usual: whack-off, eat lunch, procrastinate--and it will generate a printable checklist help make sure you do it. It's great for anyone who feels overwhelmed by really awesome checklist programs like ToDoList.
The smarter among you will not include whacking-off, eating lunch, and procrastinating on your checklist.
